About Hunts Kart Racing Club (Kimbolton)

Hunts Kart Racing Club races at Kimbolton, on a former Second World War bomber airfield near Stow Longa in Cambridgeshire. Founded in 1959 and affiliated to Motorsport UK, it is a club circuit for owner drivers rather than a hire-kart venue.

Because of planning restrictions the track is used only on the second weekend of each month, with practice on the Saturday and racing on the Sunday. Classes run from cadets through junior and senior Rotax, X30 and TKM to KZ and 250 gearbox karts, and lap records are kept for three layouts.

Newcomers can take their ARKS licence test here on practice Saturdays using their own kart and kit. Spectators can watch from the clubhouse, which has step-free access.
