About Hull Adventure

Hull Karting is an outdoor tarmac circuit at the Hull Adventure activity centre on Preston Road in east Hull. The track and centre were built in 2005.

Adults aged 14 and over drive 200cc petrol karts, and children aged 8–13 use 160cc junior karts in family sessions, subject to a 135cm height limit. Dual-drive karts let an adult and a child share one kart.

Regular drivers can join the fortnightly junior club or midweek and Saturday adult open races, and the centre also offers races, parties and other activities such as high ropes and archery tag.

Top speed of 40mph is the operator's published figure, not an independent measurement.

The karts

  • Biz Evo 3
  • Biz JK Junior Single
One thing we're checking: Karts use a remote system that lets staff limit power and speed. The track page still refers to older Biz Evo 2 270cc karts.
