About Grand Pier Go-Karts

Grand Pier Go-Karts, branded Glo Karts, is a 300-metre indoor track with eight bends inside the main pavilion of the Grand Pier at Weston-super-Mare, lit with UV lighting.

The karts are battery-powered Biz EcoVolt GT models. Drivers must be over 12 and at least 1.40 m tall, so it suits older children, teenagers and adults on a seaside day out rather than competitive racers.

Races are sold as part of the pier's all-day ride wristbands rather than as standalone karting sessions, alongside the pier's other rides and attractions.
