About Avago Indoor Karting

Avago Indoor Karting is an indoor track on the Swinton Bridge industrial estate, on the Swinton side of Mexborough between Rotherham and Doncaster. Sessions are sold by the lap, with a standard session of 30 laps.

It caters for a wide age range: electric Bambino karts for 4 to 7 year olds, and Sodi karts for everyone from 8 upwards who is at least 1.3 m tall. Families can race together in shared family sessions.

Beyond open sessions there are Grand Prix events for groups, children's parties with a private party room, holiday karting camps and a Sunday evening unlimited session. The venue also has a bar and axe throwing.

The karts

  • Sodi kart
  • Electric Bambino kart
One thing we're checking: The operator site confirms electric Bambino karts and new Sodi adult karts for 2026 but does not state the Sodi fuel type. A 2016 local business news report describes the fleet as petrol Sodi karts; this needs operator confirmation for the current karts.
